Thank you for joining our AGM as voting members. As a voting member, you have a say in decisions we make.  At our Annual General Meeting you vote on decisions regarding our finances, board executive and other matters that are mandated by our non-profit status in British Columbia.

As our AGM is once again virtual, the voting process will ask if there are any opposed (instead of asking for all who agree) in order to expedite the virtual voting process. In hearing no opposition, the motion will carry.

Please see the following attachments for our AGM.

All attached documents can be printed in advance from the convenience of your home.

Big Brothers Big Sisters of the Fraser Valley AGM Package:

• Agenda
• 2020 AGM Minutes (there will be a vote to approve these as circulated, so please review prior to the AGM)
• 2021 Year End Financials
• Bylaws: BBBSFV Bylaws (there will be a vote to approve these as circulated, so please review prior to the AGM)

The AGM will be followed by a brief AGM for Upper Fraser Valley. Although you are welcome to stay in the meeting, it is not expected. Mandatory attendance is for the Board of Directors, the Executive Director, and the Office Manager.
