8am-9am: Check-in and bag drop

9am-10:30am: Breakfast Reception
10:45am: Golfers on course
11am: Shotgun start
1pm: Lunch available on course/at canteen
3:30pm-5:30pm: 19th hole reception opens – BBQ, live music, winner announcements
