We are sending our thoughts to the family and friends and Abbotsford Police Department colleagues of Constable John Davidson, who led our Local Heroes summer daycamp programs from 2009-2012. Local Heroes is is a joint initiative between Big Brothers Big Sisters of the Fraser Valley and local emergency responders who spend a week every summer mentoring our waitlist boys and girls. As you can see, our Littles learned a lot being mentored by Cst. Davidson and the lessons he taught and laughs he created will live on. In honor of Cst. John Davidson and our long standing relationship with the Abbotsford Police Department through our Local Heroes Summer Daycamp, we are thrilled to recognize the department’s Community Spirit at this very special time of year.Shopping patrons will have a chance to write a message to APD at the Customer Service Desk in the Sevenoaks Shopping Centre during the Trees of Hope.
