Public Disclosure of Related Party Transactions
To ensure transparency and maintain public trust, the Agency will disclose on its official website any payments made to Board members, or to companies or organizations in which a Board member has an ownership interest, partnership, or holds a senior management position.
The disclosure must include:
- The purpose of the payment (e.g., purchase of products or services), and
 - The amount paid.
 
This disclosure requirement applies to all such transactions, regardless of size, and must be updated annually or whenever new transactions occur.
The Executive Director, or their designate, is responsible for collecting and verifying this information and ensuring timely publication on the website.
